Steps:
- Drain beans, reserving 1/4 Cup of the liquid. Place beans, reserved liquid, onions, lemon jice, garlic, basil and hot pepper into blender or food processor and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hr. Garnish with fresh basil. Serve with wheat thins or your choice of chip
