Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can huitlacoche
a few onion slices
cumin
garlic
oil
grated mexican style cheese (mozarella and cheddar)
corn tortillas

Steps:

  • sautee onions with garlic and a dash of cumin heat huitlacoche on top of sauteed onions at medium heat heat quesadilla with cheese on it and add heated huitlacoche mixed with onion
