HOT ROLL MIX image

5 lb. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. salt
1 c. instant nonfat dry milk

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Keep in an airtight container. Store in a cook, dry place and use within 6 to 8 months. Makes about 22 cups mix.
