HOT PEPPER SAUCE FOR MOROCCAN STEW image

Yield 1/2 cup

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/3 cup olive oil or salad oil
2 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 clove garlic (minced or pressed)
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • 1. Combine ingredients in small pan. 2. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring, until ingredients are well blended (5 minutes). Serve warm or at room temperature.
