Hot Oil Noodles image

Super fast and yummy noodles

Number Of Ingredients 9

4 ounce(s) rice noodles
1 cup(s) leafy greens like arugula or spinach or bok choy
1 teaspoon(s) each white soy sauce and dark soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon(s) chinese black vinegar
2 teaspoon(s) sugar
pinch crushed red pepper flakes
2 clove(s) garlic minced
3 tablespoon(s) peanut oil
chopped peanuts, cilantro and sesame seeds for garnish

Steps:

  • Boil the noodles according to package directions. When they are almost done add the leafy green and blanch for a few seconds. Drain.
  • Place the noodles in a bowl. Mix the white soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black vinegar, sugar and red pepper flakes together. Pour over the noodles.
  • Place the oil in the same pan as noodles and add the garlic cook about 1 minute. Pour over the noodles. Garnish with nuts, sesame seeds, and cilantro
