Hot 'n' Spicy Pork Noodles image

Number Of Ingredients 5

12 ounces Lo mein, linguine, or wide Thai rice noodles
12 ounces ground pork
3 tablespoons lower salt soy or tamari sauce
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to the package instructions, just in time to rinse in hot water, drain and add to sauce.
  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a saute pan over medium high heat.
  • Add pork and cook until browned, breaking up with the back of a spoon.
  • Whisk together soy/tamari, balsamic vinegar and Sriracha.
  • Pour sauce over pork and stir, then add baby spinach
  • Cook for two minutes or until pork is cooked through and spinach wilted.
  • Pour pork mixture over the noodles and toss.
