Number Of Ingredients 7

2 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon or whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 lb (about 6 slices) deli ham
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish.
  • In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and milk with wooden spoon to form thick dough. Dump out onto floured surface, and use floured rolling pin to roll into large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  • In small bowl, beat mayonnaise, mustard and honey with whisk to make sauce. Spread a few spoonfuls sauce on dough (enough to cover). Top with ham and cheese.
  • Starting with one long end, tightly roll up dough. Use sharp knife to cut into 8 equal rolls. Place rolls in baking dish, cut side down.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately with remaining honey mustard sauce.
