Hot Dog Tacos image

My husband loves hot dogs will eat them no matter how I make them

Number Of Ingredients 10

8 hot dogs cut into pieces
1 c cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp mexican oregano
8 flour tortillas
1/4 c favorite salsa
sweet pickled mustard greens (optional)
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream
fresh cilantro

Steps:

  • 1. Add some oil to a large skillet. Saute the onion until softened. Add the hot dogs and cherry tomatoes. Season with the Mexican oregano.
  • 2. Cook the tortillas in a skillet with a little oil until charred a bit.
  • 3. Fill the tortillas with the hot dog mixture and top with cheese, cilantro, pickled mustard greens, salsa and sour cream
