Steps:
- Place the sliced jalapeno's in the white vinegar and set aside.
- Add the oil to a large skillet and add the onions and saute on low heat until caramelized about 5 minutes. Stir in the Ancho chile powder. Add the hot dogs and cook until browned.
- Melt butter in a sauce pan and add the flour and cook until browned and smooth. Add the milk and cook until thickened. Stir in the Velveeta and cook until melted and thick.
- Place a hot dog in each taco shell. Top with onions, cheese, salsa. Drain the jalapenos and place on top of each hot dog and drop a few cilantro leaves
