Hot Crab Dip like Chandler's Crab House image

I used to love the crab dip at Chandler's Crab House. I live too far away to go there anymore, but I think that this is pretty close to their dip.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
6 ounce(s) dungeness crab meat
4 ounce(s) artichoke hearts, well drained, coarsely chopped
green onion, minced, garnish
dash cayenne pepper, garnish
tortilla chips or small bread slices for serving

Steps:

  • Combine Parmesan, mayonnaise, crab, and artichokes. Mix well.
  • Place mixture in small 1 1/2-inch deep baking dish.
  • Bake at 375F for 10 minutes or until brown and heated through.
  • Garnish with green onion and cayenne.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or small slices of cocktail bread.
