HOT CHICKEN 'OLE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 C. coarsely chopped cooked chicken
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
10-12 flour or corn tortillas, torn into small pieces
1 12 oz jar green chili salsa (or regular salsa)
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
8 oz Sour Cream

Steps:

  • Mix chicken, soups, sour cream and salsa together. Mix in pieces of tortilla. Spray baking dish with Pam. Put mixture into baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, stirring 3-4 times. Add cheese. Stir and return to oven for another 10-15 minutes. Can be eaten as a casserole or put cooked mixture into flour tortillas and roll up. Place into another baking dish, sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top and put into oven until cheese is melted. Serve with salad and additional sour cream if desired.
