I use this dressing over spinach and fried potatoes... this is something I learned from my grandfather.

Steps:
- Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon, reserving two tablespoons grease. Heat to boiling.
- Meanwhile, beat eggs, remaining 1/2 cup sugar and flour.Slowly add vinegar to eggs and continue to beat.
- Return to medium heat and cook until thick. Add chopped bacon and serve.
