HOT ARTICHOKE DIP image

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
pinch of paprika
2 tablespoons shallots, finely minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the cheese. Combine artichokes, cheeses, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika in a food processor; pulse until smooth. Stir in shallots, salt and pepper. Spread the mixture into a sm/med shallow baking dish and sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake until lightly browned and warmed through about 15-20 minutes. Serve warm with French bread slices.
