Hot and Spicy Collard Greens image

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1-2 teaspoon grated ginger root
2 pounds collard greens, , coarsely chopped
1 serrano chile, seeded and finely chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Melt butter in Dutch oven over medium heat.2. Add remaining ingredients.
