Horseradish Cheddar Cheese Ball image

Number Of Ingredients 12

8 oz package(s) cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup(s) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3 tablespoon(s) onion flakes, dehydrated
2 tablespoon(s) prepared horseradish (not creamy)
2 tablespoon(s) parsley
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce
- kosher salt & pepper, to taste
3 slice(s) bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
1/3 cup(s) walnuts, chopped & toasted
SERVE WITH:
- crackers, assorted
- vegetables, assorted

Steps:

  • Mix cheeses, onion, horseradish, 1 tbsp parsley, worcestershire, salt & pepper in a medium bowl until evenly combined.
  • Form the cheese mixture into a ball, cover with plastic wrap & chill until firm & flavors marry together, 8 hours or overnight.
  • Remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator up to 30 minutes before serving.
  • Mix bacon with the nuts & remaining parsley in a shallow bowl.
  • Roll cheese ball in the bacon/nut mixture so that it's coated evenly. Serve with crackers & vegetables.
