1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup applesauce
2 cups whole wheat flour

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Fill greased or paper lined muffin pan with batter.
  • Bake for 18 minutes.
