Steps:
- 1. In a large skillet, partially fry bacon, add chopped onion and peppers, fry until vegetables are tender. Drain grease.
- 2. Add all the remaining ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 2 quart baking dish. Cover. Bake in a Preheated 350 degree oven for 40- 50 minutes or until rice is tender.
- 3. Good Served with just a green salad and cornbread.
