Steps:
- Combine rice, olive oil, and water in cooker. Lock lid and bring to full pressure. Reduce heat, maintaining pressure, and cook for 8 minutes. Quick-release pressure. Stir in honey and sugar. Add evaporated milk, milk and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add raisins and vanilla extract. Spoon into dishes and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve hot or cold.
