Time 10m

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 c dark brown sugar firmly packed
1/2 c yellow prepared mustard
1/3 c honey
1 tsp ground cloves

Steps:

  • 1. These are the ingredients used to make this ham glaze recipe.
  • 2. Using a small bowl add each of the ingredients to the bowl then blend together until mixture is smooth. You can also use light brown sugar if desired. I prefer the dark brown for this recipe.
  • 3. During the last 30 minutes of baking ham increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees F. Then liberally brush the ham on all sides with the glaze, then return to the oven and bake for 15 minutes. After the first 15 minutes, re glaze the ham a second time and bake for the remaining 15 minutes. Remove from oven, carve when cool and serve. Follow directions on Ham label to Bake the Ham.
