Honey Maid Graham Muffins image

These are great muffins!!!

Number Of Ingredients 6

10 c honey grahams, finely crushed
1 c sugar
2 Tbsp plus 2 tsp. baking powder
4 c milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1\2 c honey

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together crumbs, sugar and baking powder. Sir in milk, eggs and honey just until moistened. Spoon batter evenly into greased medium-size muffin pan. Fill each 2\3 full. Bake 400* for 15-18 minutes
