Honey-Lime Chicken Breasts image

Let's put that whole chicken-breasts-are-boring thing to rest-by marinating them in a blend of fresh lime juice, Sriracha sauce and honey.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/3 cup GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard
1 tsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 lime
2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
2 tsp. honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except chicken until blended. Pour 1/4 cup over chicken in shallow dish; turn chicken over to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Drain chicken; discard marinade. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F).
  • Meanwhile, cook remaining mustard mixture in saucepan 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve with the chicken.
