Honey Cake Glaze image

Number Of Ingredients 4

2/3 cup Honey
1/4 cup Light - Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Unsalted Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Steps:

  • Bring honey, brown sugar, and butter to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  • Add vanilla, and remove from heat.
  • Let cool for 1 minute.
  • Coat top of of each cake. Spoon remaining warm honey glaze over cake until the cake is completely covered.
  • Let stand until set.
