I picked this recipe up from a cooking magazine that used to be called Quick Cooking (one of the Reimann Publishing magazines). What I like about it is the grilling part is fail-proof. I can't seem to get grilling down. I've tried, but it seems to be an art-form, lol. But in this recipe, the meat is already cooked and is tender and moist already -- we're just searing the barbecue sauce (easy and delicious) onto the meat. Yum!

Steps:
- Place ribs in a large kettle or Dutch oven; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Add enough water to cover; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour or until juices run clear and ribs are tender. Drain.
- Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Grill ribs, uncovered, over medium heat for 10 - 12 minutes, basting with sauce and turning occasionally.
