Homestyle Creamy Cucumber Salad image

How to make Homestyle Creamy Cucumber Salad

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 English Cucumbers
1/3 cup thinly sliced red onions
2 TBSP fresh dill, diced
1 cup sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup white vinegar
2 TBSP sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Place sliced cucumbers, and sliced onions into a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl, mix together dill, sour cream, garlic, vinegar, sugar and salt.
  • Pour over cucumbers and mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
