food coloring
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. In a large glass bowl add marshmallows, water, almond extract, vanilla. Microwave for about a minute,I do it 30 seconds at a time to not over do it or your fondant will become too stiff. Cover your paddle on your electric with Crisco
  • 2. Once melted smooth, pour over powder sugar in a mixing bowl and add your food coloring, *i use an electric mixer mix on medium speed, until fondant forms
  • 3. once the fondant can no longer mix in the mixer, remove from the bowl onto a powdered sugar counter top ( you will need to grease your hands with Crisco to get everything out of the bowl)
  • 4. Kneed the fondant and place into a plastic container until ready to use, can be stored up to 6 months.
  • 5. When you are ready to roll out your fondant, place corn starch on a rubber mat, and roll out your fondant to the size of your cake or cupcakes. cut away the excess and that can be used again as well. Enjoy!!!!!!!!
