I found this recipe years ago in a newspaper. It's a great substitute for the real thing. In fact, I prefer it, because it's sweeter. This is great with scones and a little jam or preserves on top. Perfect for afternoon teas or brunches.

- In small bowl, use your electric mixer to beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
- Beat in the sour cream and confectioners sugar until well mixed.
