sugar

teaspoons vanilla

teaspoon almond essence
1
cup desiccated coconut

Steps:

  • Preheat oven 150 degrees C
  • Beat egg whites and sugar on high speed and electric mixer.about 5 minutes
  • Add vanilla and almond essence,beat well.
  • Mix desiccated coconut.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool and serve
