Holiday Hot Wassail image

This wassail was served at the Bank of the Southwest where my Mom worked for many years. Each year she would take my brother and I to enjoy this delicious wassail and freshly baked gingerbread men baked in the lobby of the bank. It was a wonderful treat and it is a treasured memory.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 qt sweet apple cider
2 c pineapple juice
1 1/2 c orange juice
3/4 c fresh lemon juice
1 c granulated sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp whole cloves

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer and serve warm.
