Holiday Christmas casserole image

This is a must-have at my Christmas dinner!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 - 3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick(s) butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
2 - 10 oz pkgs frozen, chopped spinach, squeezed dry.
1/4 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup(s) chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350. Spray a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray.
  • In lg bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, salt and pepper. mix well. Add spinach and mix well.
  • Spoon mix into casserole dish. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese, then pecans. Bake 30-35 min, or until top is golden.
