Hoisin Baby Back Ribs image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 cup Hoisin Sauce
1/3 cup Rice vinegar
1/4 cup Honey
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Sriracha
2 l Ginger
3 cloves Garlic
6 pounds pork ribs
1/2 cup Ketchup
2 Scallions, chopped
1 coleslaw, serving

Steps:

  • Combine 1/2C hoisin sauce, vinegar, honey, soy sauce, sriracha, ginger and garlic in 6 qt slow cooker.
  • Add ribs and turn to coat. Cover and cook on low 6 hrs
  • Preheat broiler and line rimmed baking sheet w foil. Transfer 1C of liquid from the slow cooker to a medium bowl, whisk in remaining 1/2C hoisin sauce and the ketchup.
  • Transfer to a cutting board and slice into individual ribs. Top with more sauce and sprinkle w scallions.
  • Serve w coleslaw
