Hoagie Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
dried oregano , salt and pepper to taste
1 (16-ounce) package elbow macaroni , cooked
2 tomatoes , chopped
1 green pepper , chopped
1 onion , chopped
1/2 pound cooked ham , chopped
1/2 pound Genoa salami , chopped
1/4 pound provolone cheese , cubed
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese , cubed

Steps:

  • Whisk oil and vinegar together add seasonings and set aside. Rinse macaroni in cold water drain and pour into a large serving bowl. Add remaining ingredients pour oil and vinegar mixture on top. Toss gently cover and refrigerate until serving. TIP: A whole new twist on Hoagie Salad...toss in cooked chicken or turkey breast and sprinkle with fresh parsley. From "Meals in Minutes."
