Number Of Ingredients 8

Hillvilla Pumpkin Pie Spice
4 T. ground cinnamon
2 T. ground allspice
2 T. black pepper (yes, black pepper;))
2 T. salt
1 T. ground nutmeg
1 T. ground cloves
1 T. ground ginger

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container. Makes about 3/4 cup. I use about 1 t. per pie.
