High protein Banana Bread image

Number Of Ingredients 12

2.5 cups Whole wheat flour
3/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
2 Very ripe bananas
1 cup Cane Sugar
2 Large eggs
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
3/4 cup Chopped walnuts
3/4 cup Semisweet chocolate chips (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Grease a bread pan with olive oil.
  • Mash the bananas.
  • Mix the oil and sugar with a hand mixer.
  • Add the mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, yogurt, salt, baking powder, baking soda and mix with hand mixer.
  • Slowly add the flour and mix.
  • Fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
  • Transfer to bread pan.
