We have this probably every week..USE A CAST IRON SKILLET ONLY..IF YOU USE A DIFFERENT KIND OF SKILLET OR PAN..IT WON'T TASTE GOOD. NEVER EVER WASH YOUR IRON SKILLET IN SOAPY WATER..JUST WIPE IT OUT WITH A PAPER TOWEL, RINSE AND DRY IT. YOUR DISH WILL TASTE LIKE SOAP IF YOU USE SOAP TO WASH THE CAST IRON SKILLET. vegetable oil, hidden valley ranch dressing, 1 bag baby red potatoes

Steps:

  • 1. Pour 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil in an iron-cast skillet. Put skillet in oven and preheat the oven to 450 degrees-IMPORTANT TO DO THIS..YOU WANT THE SKILLET SIZZLING. Cut baby red potatoes into FOURTHS ONLY. Put 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil in a Glad Food Storage Bag; seal bag. Toss to coat. Add 1 Packet Hidden Valley Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix and toss again until potatoes are coated with oil and seasoning. Once oven has reached 450 degrees, put potatoes in the iron-cast skillet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp.
