Herbs de Provence Seasoning image

One of my all time favorite seasonings. I use it in savory baking , roasting pretty much anything, on fish and I even added a couple of Tbsp's to a bottle of vodka one year.

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 tablespoon(s) dried savory
2 tablespoon(s) dried rosemary
2 tablespoon(s) dried thyme
2 tablespoon(s) dried basil
2 tablespoon(s) dried marjoram
2 tablespoon(s) dried italian parsley
2 tablespoon(s) dried lavender flowers (optional but i love the addition)
1 tablespoon(s) fennel seed
1 tablespoon(s) dried oregano
1 tablespoon(s) dried tarragon

Steps:

  • Grind rosemary and fennel seed in a spice grinder; transfer to a mixing bowl.
  • Stir savory, thyme, basil, marjoram, lavender, parsley, oregano and tarragon with the rosemary and fennel.
  • Store in an air-tight container between uses.
