This recipe I mixed up one summer day while in the kitchen wanting something to snack on and enjoyed it very much. It is in a small herbal cookbook that I published a long time ago. This is a very refreshing dip and has been enjoyed by many. It is even better for you if you grow your own organic herbs. Hope you enjoy ;)

Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredients together very well. Let it chill overnight for best flavor or can be served after it has set for a hour.
- 2. Serve with chips or crackers. Can also be spread on a bagel for a nice snack. Enjoy ;)
