Steps:
- Coat chicken with flour; shake excess.
- In a skillet, cook chicken in hot oil over medium heat until brown.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until done.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve over noodles, rice or pasta.
