Number Of Ingredients 4

2 medium russet potatoes, diced
about 2 tsp granulated garlic powder
about 2 tsp granulated onion powder
about 1 tsp Italian seasoning salt, to taste

Steps:

  • *Preheat oven to 400ºF. Grease cookie sheet and set aside. *Place potatoes in a mixing bowl. *Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle spices over top. Be generous with garlic and onion. Add salt. *Mix to evenly coat. Re-spray and repeat. *Transfer to cookie sheet, making sure there is no overlap. *Bake for 15 to 25 minutes, or until fully cooked and crisp.
