Herbed Chicken Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 cup margarine
1 (8-ounce) package Pepperidge Farm Herb Dressing
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
1 unsalted chicken boiled, meat removed (save broth)
1 3/4 cups reserved broth

Steps:

  • Melt margarine and mix with dressing mix. Put 1/2 of dressing on bottom of 9x13-inch baking dish. Mix together soups and sour cream. Spread 1/2 of soup mixture over dressing and arrange chicken on top. Put 1/4 of remaining dressing on top of chicken and spread remaining 1/2 of soup mixture over dressing. Put remainder of dressing over top of soup. Pour chicken broth over all. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Great served with cranberry sauce.
