Steps:
- Heat large saucepan over med-high heat and coat with cooking spray. Add chicken & cook 4 minutes browning on all sides. Remove chicken & keep warm. Add celery, carrot, onion, thyme, parsley, bay leaf & saute 5 min or til onion is tender. Return chicken to pan; cook 1 minute. Add broth. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Combine flour, ch. parsley, baking powder, salt. Add milk, stirring til moist. Spoon heaping tsp. into broth mix. Cover & simmer 10 minutes. Discard parsley & bay leaf
