HERB ROASTED PORK TENDERLOIN image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 1/2 tsp. rosemary
2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. savoury
1/2 cup green onion - chopped
2 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
3 Tbsp. dijon mustard
The above is sufficient ingredients for two tenderloins.

Steps:

  • Place all dry herbs in mortar and pestle and grind. Combine with remaining ingredients. Coat and rub into tenderloin. Fry in olive oil until pork is cooked. Make sauce by deglazing pan and adding 2 tsp. dijon, 2 Tbsp., 2 Tbsp. flour and enough chicken broth to make a nice consistency. Epicurious 2009
