Yield 8-10 servings

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 eggs beaten
1 c sugar
1 t baking powder
1 T flour
1 8 oz pkg whole pitted dates, chopped
2 c pecans, coarsely chopped
sliced bananas
sliced oranges
1 c heavy cream, whipped

Steps:

  • 1. Gradually add cugar to well beaten eggs. Blend in flour and baking powder. Stir in dates and nuts. 2. Spread in a greased 9 inch pan and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. 3. When cool, crumble in individual dishes. To serve, cover with sliced bananas and oranges. Top with whipped cream.
