Steps:
- 1. Mix sugar and spices well, in a small bowl. Rinse and dry chops.
- 2. With clean hands, pat both sides of chop with the mix. I use it all. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
- 3. In a 9 inch cast iron skillet, I added the oil and butter. Once butter is bubbly and melted I add the chops. Make sure not to over crowd. Cook on both sides for 4 - 5 minutes or until browning well. Add about 1/2 tablespoon water.
- 4. Immediately place in oven for another 5 minutes, the sauce should be bubbling and somewhat thick. Plate chops and pour the sauce over them. Now dig in...so yummy!
