- 1.Chop 2 stalks of celery, 2 green onions, and 1/2 of a red bell pepper. 2.Place chopped ingredients in a large bowl. 3.Add in 3/4 pound of cooked, chopped turkey meat. 4.Create sauce by tossing in 3 tablespoons of low-fat mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. 5.Toss thoroughly, refrigerate, then serve.
