Steps:
- 1. Boil chicken with 3 chicken bouillon cubes and onion. Drain reserving 2 or 3 cups of broth. Chop chicken, add salad dressing mix, taco seasoning mix, corn, reserved broth, black beans, pinto beans, kidney beans, tomatoes and green chiles; mix well. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer, covered for 2 hours.
- 2. Ladle into bowls. Top each serving with cheese, sour cream, and green onions, if desired.
