Healthy Halloween Roasted Red Pepper Hummus image

The red pepper gives this hummus a lovely orange color, perfect for Halloween. Serve with black corn chips.

1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained with liquid reserved
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon tahini
1 roasted red pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, minced

Steps:

  • Combine garbanzo beans, lemon juice, olive oil, tahini, red pepper, salt, and garlic in a food processor; blend until smooth. Stir in reserved liquid to desired texture.
