HEALTHY GINGER SALAD DRESSING image

This recipe was shared with me by a friend, and it was given to her by a dear Danish lady, who lives to create in the kitchen! I love this dressing and am thrilled to share it with those who love making fresh, flavorful dressings! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Number Of Ingredients 8

GINGER SALAD DRESSING
2-3 slice(s) of 1/4" slices of fresh gingeroot
2-3 clove(s) garlic ( according to taste)
1/3 cup(s) raw apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup(s) raw honey
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) bragg's liquid aminos (grocery/heath food stores)
1 dash(es) cayenne pepper (according to taste)
1 cup(s) raw extra-virgin olive oil

Steps:

  • In food processor, finely chop ginger & garlic. Add all other ingredients, EXCEPT OIL. Process until well blended. Add olive oil and process to desired consistency. Add a little water if too thick or oily.
