- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, combine melted margarine, molasses, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Stir well.
- In a separate bowl, combine milk powder, baking powder and salt.
- Stir into first mixture.
- Add wheat germ and walnuts.
- Stir just enough to blend.
- Spread in lightly greased 8 x 8 inch baking pan.
- Bake 30 minutes.
