HEALTHY EASY RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS image

5 cups all purpose flour
3 cups sugar
1 15 oz package raisin bran
1 cup raisins (optional)
1 cup pecans chopped(optional)
5 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 quart buttermilk
4 eggs lightly beaten
1 cup oil
1

Steps:

  • Prepare muffin pans with paper. Combine first seven ingredients in large bowl. Mix Buttermilk, eggs and oil together. Add to dry ingredients. Stir well Bake 400F 20 minutes or until toothpick is clean
