Steps:
- Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine soup, cheese, milk, sour cream, onion and pepper.
- Stir in potatoes. Spread mix into casserole dish. Cover, bake 45 mins. Stir potatoes and sprinkle w/ crushed cornflakes.
- Bake 20 mins or until bubbly.
